What are credits?

Credits are how you get your emails sent to your buyers. 1 email = 1 credit. Our credits are a one-time purchase – they never expire, never renew, and can be used how and when you want them. You’ll only ever pay for what you use - simple. You'll have unlimited credits for the first 14 days, so you can send emails to your heart's content!

What Amazon marketplaces do you support?
We support 6 marketplaces: USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. All marketplaces can be accessed under one account at no additional cost per marketplace.
What else can Feedback Charge do?

What are dynamic tags used for?
Our dynamic tags allow you to populate your emails with variables that are automatically filled in for you. These include the customer’s name, the product they ordered, product review links, and order numbers – giving your emails the personal touch.
Can I make my own email templates?
Of course – you can make your emails personal to your brand – but if you’re looking to get started quick, we've pre-made templates which can provide a good basis for measuring engagement.
Do you support multiple product brands?
Absolutely! We've created a single account system, meaning you can keep all your brands under one account. Simply create different templates for each set of products, and reach all your buyers under one roof.
Can I include attachments in my emails?
We allow all emails to contain an attachment such as a PDF, document or image - with a file size limit of 5MB. You can use this to provide your customer with a little more information!
